Our club is dedicated to electing and supporting Democrats with strong progressive values at the local, state and national levels.  Democracy is not who we are, Democracy is what we do.  Democracy does not benefit some.  Democracy benefits all.   Bring your Ballot! We are having a Party

At our General Meeting on February 19th, we will pool our knowledge about the candidates and issues, and fill out our ballots together.   All you need is your ballot and a black or blue ball-point pen.

Visit  Ballot Party for more information about our February General Meeting.

FYI, For a great read on why Vote Centers and Early Voting are good for Orange County, visit the AFL-CIO's Blog, "10 Reasons Why You Should Vote Early"   Written in 2016, it still holds true today.

Molly Watson, Senior Development Manager at Courage California will introduce us to their Courage California's Progressive Voter Guide, and information tool to educate people on our candidates and issues.   Visit Courage California for more information on this presentation.

Kaelyn's Corner

Kaelyn is back talking about Legislation in Orange County.  Kaelyn is an intern with The Laguna Beach Democratic Club and is a 16 year-old high school student.  Her many accomplishments are walking for Obama in 2012, competes on her high schools debate team winning many awards and speaker at the OC Women's March in January 2020.

Safely Investing in Our Future Under H.R. 3641

After a close race against Congresswoman Mimi Walters (the recipient of donations from the NRA), Congresswoman Porter wasted no time in challenging the behavior of large banks and the White House. She asks hard questions on the House Financial Services Committee, and is dedicated to improving the financial ethics of politics.

I wanted to find out what kind of legislation she had been working on.  Visit Kaeylin's Corner for complete article.
